Coffee Releases
We've released a new pair of coffees. Both from Ethiopia, we have a washed process and a natural process. Buy them both to see how they compare!
The Hamasho Natural is a returning favorite. This fun and satisfying coffee comes to us from producers high up in the beautiful Bombe mountain region of Sidama, Ethiopia. This particular lot is Grade 1 and naturally processed, resulting in a bright and clean cup that serves up big blueberry notes and a vibrant, effervescent quality, resembling the mouthfeel of sparkling wine.
Additionally, we have a brand new lot from Ethiopia. The Worka Nenke is a washed process with delicate notes of lavender, lime, and sugar cane. It's a coffee that shines on drip and espresso.
These two coffees showcase the difference a process can make. The natural process features berry-forward notes with a rich body, while the washed process has lighter, floral notes with a much cleaner finish. Buy them both to see for yourself!

How does caffeine affect you? Some veteran coffee drinkers will claim that caffeine has little to no effect, whereas some casual drinkers feel that an afternoon cup of decaf leads to sleepless nights. In fact, some studies have corroborated this pattern. This led a team of researchers in Portugal to ask a specific question. Does a cup of coffee affect the brain chemistry of a regular coffee drinker?

The prevailing idea of space is that it is, well—it’s space. Space is nothingness, matterless, and undoubtedly soundless. Ask the countless shows and movies that cut background music or sound effects out when their characters float among the stars.
